Dr. Maia Gill, Clinical Director
As a licensed Clinical Psychologist in South Carolina (SC# 1202) and the developer of the ADAPT coaching framework, Dr. Maia Gill empowers individuals to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose. With a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience in evidence-based strategies and mind-body practices, she offers a compassionate, transformative approach to personal and professional growth. Through her work at Gnosis Wellness Collective, Dr. Gill specializes in life transitions, emotional intelligence, and goal achievement. She also leads workshops and seminars designed to promote wellness and personal development, inspiring clients to harness their inner strength and live authentically.

Stephanie Dasher, LPCA, NCC RYT
A Licensed Professional Counselor (SC #10608), Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner, and 200-hour RYT, Stephanie has over six years of dedicated service with Warrior Surf Foundation, where she helped implement Dr. Maia Gill’s ADAPT wellness program and delivered a TEDx talk on surf therapy and its impact on veterans’ mental health, empowering veterans to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and purpose. With a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University and a unique blend of clinical training, somatic trauma work, and yoga, Stephanie is dedicated to helping individuals tap into their inner wisdom and live more authentically.

Dr. Caro Pelhan,
Caro Pelhan is a people‑person who finds meaning in connection, conversation, and community. Her work at Gnosis Wellness Collective is shaped not only by her professional training but also by her own ongoing wellness journey.
Caro holds a Doctor of Health Administration and a Master of Public Health from the Medical University of South Carolina, where she focused on women’s health and the real‑world barriers that shape access to care. Before that, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from UNC Wilmington. Caro is motivated by seeing how small steps, in her own life and in the lives of others, can create meaningful change.

Hillary Boyd, M.A. CMHC, Coach
Hillary Boyd, M.A. in Clinical Counseling and Advanced ADAPT Coach, shares her expertise in applied child development, women's well-being, and integration of diverse healing practices into daily life, with a multicultural population. Hillary accomplishes this by teaching her clients how to become unstuck from barriers in daily living to connect with what one cherishes the most in life. Hillary Boyd, M.A., brings over a decade of experience with specialization in how to set healthy boundaries, defy societal/self expectations to soar, and revive your purpose with science-based skills to move along one's path.
