An 8-week, skills-based men’s coaching group for stress, burnout, relationships, and emotional regulation — built for real life, not performative vulnerability.
What This Is
Pressure, burnout, and stress show up differently for different men: irritability, shutdown, checking out, over-functioning, avoidance, control, and an “I’m fine,” that isn’t really fine.
The Steady Man Lab is a coaching container for building groundedness under stress, and for practicing what to do when things go sideways.
Not just a talk circle, or a place where you feel you must perform vulnerability. This is structured, practical, and focused on week-to-week change.
What You'll Explore

If This Sounds Familiar, You’re in the Right Room
You…
-
Feel more reactive than you want to be (irritable, snappy, impatient)
-
Shut down or check out under pressure
-
Feel like you’re always holding it together, but not really present
-
Have conflict that goes sideways at home, in co-parenting, or in dating
-
Want tools that work in the moment, not just insight after the fact

Who This is For
Men who want to show up better in life and relationships, whether you’re partnered, single, dating, or co-parenting, and who want a practical space to build steadiness under pressure.
Who It's Not For
If you’re looking for intensive trauma processing, a crisis support group, or an unstructured “vent session,” this won’t be the right fit.

STEPHANIE DASHER, LPC-A, NCC, RYT
I built The Steady Man Lab for men who want tools, practice, and a steadier way to show up in life and their relationships. My background includes years with Warrior Surf Foundation, supporting veterans through skills-based, community-centered programming. This group is facilitated as coaching (not psychotherapy). I’m the founder of Gnosis Wellness Co. and an LPC-A in South Carolina (Supervision: Dr. Maia Gill, PhD, SC#1202, Navi Institute LLC).
