Wellness Coaching, in Charleston
To help you understand what’s happening beneath your patterns and experiment with new ways of responding.
We Are So Happy You're Here!
At Gnōsis Wellness Collective in Charleston, SC, our trauma-informed coaching services are non-clinical and designed for individuals, leaders, and teams who are navigating loss, transition, burnout, or a sense of misalignment, and who want structured support that builds emotional resilience and goes deeper than generic mindset work. Coaching is best suited for individuals who are generally stable but feeling stuck, burnt out, or ready to move through a transition with more intention and support.
Our coaches use the ADAPT™ Framework (developed by Dr. Maia Gill) alongside:
-
Somatic and body-based practices
-
The neurobiology of stress, emotion, and behavior
-
Evolutionary, resilience, and positive psychology
So we’re not just talking about what you “should” do, we’re working with what’s happening underneath your patterns, and running real-world experiments to help you respond differently.
Coaching Here Is:
-
Integrative and uses evidence-based frameworks & practical tools
-
Personalized, and tailored to your roles, values, and real-life constraints
-
Nervous system–aware and paced to support regulation
Sessions can explore meaning, direction, boundaries, relationships, leadership, or creative work—with a focus on skills and insight you can apply between sessions in your life, work, or organization.
Our goal isn’t quick fixes or performance pressure. It’s to help you build clarity, internal alignment, and sustainable change over time.

What Coaching at Gnōsis is like
What we can focus on:
Depending on what you’re coming in for, coaching may include:
-
transitions (career shifts, identity changes, relocation, relationships)
-
burnout recovery and capacity-building
-
boundaries, communication, and relational patterns
-
leadership stress, decision fatigue, and conflict navigation
-
values, meaning, and direction when you feel “off track”
-
building rhythms that actually support your nervous system
Coaching vs Therapy
Coaching at Gnōsis is separate from psychotherapy. It is not a diagnosis, mental health treatment, or counseling. Instead, coaching is a collaborative, future-oriented process that helps you clarify what matters most, honor your nervous system, and take grounded, values-aligned steps in your life, work, and relationships. Coaching is not appropriate for a crisis, or when a diagnosable mental health condition is the primary concern. In those cases, we recommend working with a licensed mental health professional in your state.

02.
How is this different from therapy?
Coaching is not mental health treatment, does not include diagnosis, and is not appropriate for crisis or acute safety concerns. If you’re unsure which you need, we can help clarify and direct you to the appropriate service or provider.
03.
Do you work with high-functioning burnout?
Yes. Coaching is ideal for anyone interested in learning how to integrate and overcome the challenges inherent to being human. ADAPT is designed to facilitate and empower clients to understand and shift their beliefs around challenging experiences associated with loss, fostering opportunities for growth and change. This ranges from individual needs to business executives and teams. We’ve worked with culturally diverse populations, including veterans, teachers, parents, government leaders, healthcare providers, professionals, and people seeking more profound meaning and purpose in life. If you still feel stuck, and that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
