The Replenished Woman is facilitated by Hillary Boyd, a warm, grounded coach who’s especially skilled at helping overwhelmed caregivers feel steady again. Hillary has a background working with children and families, so she gets how quickly “supporting everyone else” can become your default setting, and how hard it can be to name what you need in the middle of real life.
Expect a practical, human approach: nervous-system-friendly tools, honest conversation, and weekly micro-shifts you can actually use between sessions. No performative sharing. No pressure to “go deep” before you feel safe. Just a space that helps you breathe, reset, and build a more sustainable way to live and care.
