The Replenished Woman is a structured, skills-based coaching group designed to help you feel steadier, more grounded, make clearer decisions, strengthen boundaries, and build a life that doesn’t require constant output to function. Somatic movement & practical wellbeing tools help the skills land, not just make sense.

What this Group Is (and Isn't)

This is coaching and skill-building in a supportive group format. Each week includes a short teaching, guided practice, and one micro-experiment you can actually do between sessions.
 

What it’s not:
 

  • Not a vent circle

  • Not “try harder” productivity advice

  • Not a place where you need the perfect words

  • Not therapy (though it can feel deeply supportive)

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Hillary Boyd, M.A.

The Replenished Woman is facilitated by Hillary Boyd, a warm, grounded coach who’s especially skilled at helping overwhelmed caregivers feel steady again. Hillary has a background working with children and families, so she gets how quickly “supporting everyone else” can become your default setting, and how hard it can be to name what you need in the middle of real life.

Expect a practical, human approach: nervous-system-friendly tools, honest conversation, and weekly micro-shifts you can actually use between sessions. No performative sharing. No pressure to “go deep” before you feel safe. Just a space that helps you breathe, reset, and build a more sustainable way to live and care.

Week 1 — Foundations: Autonomy + Purpose

Why autonomy is the cornerstone of wellbeing. Group norms, aligning purpose in this season, and how you engage when life gets stressful.

Week 3 — Emotional Burnout & Overwhelm

Stress-to-rest tools, barriers to autonomy, the Stepping Stones Map, and identifying internal/external obstacles.

Week 5 — Communication, Boundaries & Asking for Help

Boundary exposure practice, “keep vs give away” behaviors, and scripts for asking clearly.

Week 7 — Reimagining Purpose After Motherhood

Identity reclamation, pathway to purpose, and understanding of who you are in this season of life. Learn to identify your deeper purpose and identity beyond the roles you play.

Week 2 — Invisible Mental Load: “Good Enough” Saves Time & Energy

What you own vs what you carry, shoulds vs real desires, good-enough decisions, and the “I’m OK” method

Week 4 — Self-Care: Guilt, Comparison, and Mind Traps

Unpacking guilt, social comparison loops, escaping mind traps, and rewriting self-care beliefs.​
 

06.

Week 6 — Relationships, Connection, and Community

Building your tribe. Developing meaningful relationships, caregiver isolation, and building supportive community habits.

08.

Week 8 — Reclaiming Wellbeing + Integration

Make this sustainable.
 

 Learn the Cultural Wellbeing Model (home, work, community, culture), Purpose-making cards (micro-action), and understand social contagion for positive benefit.  Recap skills and develop your sustainability plan.
